الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على أهم أخلاقيات النشر العلمي للرسائل الجامعية بالمواقع الأكاديمية وتأثيرها على جودة مخرجات ونتائج البحوث العلمية، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، والذي ساهم في استنتاج نتائج استمارة المقابلة. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن خلايا ضمان الجودة لجامعة قسنطينة 2 تسعى الى تطبيق أخلاقيات البحث العلمي بشكل كبير بهدف ضمان جودة البحوث العلمية مما ينعكس بالإيجاب على مخرجات الجامعة وتصنيفها على المستويين الوطني والدولي. This study aimed to identify the most important ethics of scientific publishing of university thesis at academic sites, and their impact on the quality of the results of scientific research in the Algerian universities, we have taken from the Quality Assurance Cells of the University of Constantine 02 models, by using the descriptive method; which contributed to the conclusion of the results of the interview tool addressed to the members of the cell. The study concluded that the Quality Assurance Cells of the University of Constantine 2 seeks to apply the ethics of scientific research largely in order to ensure the quality of scientific research, which is positively reflected on the university's outputs and its classification at the national and international levels.
