الملخص
تطرح العلاقة الموجودة بين المرأة كعنصر فاعل داخل المجتمع و قطاع الاعلام المكتوب في الجزائر اشكالية مهمة تحتاج الى العديد من الدراسات بغية الكشف عن حيثياتها، خصوصا اذا ما تعلق الامر بتجربة المرأة الجزائرية في اقتحام مجال الصحافة المكتوبة والتي كانت في فترة ليست بالبعيدة حكرا على الرجال فقط على اعتبارها مهنة المتاعب، فقد استطاعت المرأة الجزائرية ان تتحدى الكثير من الصعاب وتخطو خطوات ثابتة نحو تحقيق ذاتها وتفعيل دورها، ومن ثم مشاركتها في طرح قضاياها واهتماماتها على صفحات الجرائد، فدخولها لمجال الصحافة ومشاركته فيه يعتبر تحديا في بدايته ولكنه أصبح احترافا بعد فترة من الزمن. وهذا ما تهدف إليه هذه الورقة البحثية بالتحديد من خلال تسليط الضوء على تجربة المرأة الجزائرية في مجال الصحافة المكتوبة مند فترة أحادية الحزب مرورا بفترة التعددية الاعلامية ووصولا إلى الفترة الراهنة، ومن ثم استغلال فرصة تواجدها في الحقل الإعلامي لطرح مختلف قضاياها وانشغالاتها، وكذا الدفاع عن حقوقها، فعمل المرأة في المجال الإعلامي هو صورة تعكس مكانتها داخل المجتمع. Abstract: He relationship between women as an actor within society and the written media sector in Algeria poses an important problem that needs many studies in order to reveal its merits, especially when it comes to the experience of Algerian women in breaking into the field of written journalism, which in a period that was not far exclusive to men only as a profession of trouble, Algerian women have been able to challenge many difficulties and take firm steps towards achieving their own role, and then participate in their participation in putting their issues and interests on the pages of newspapers, Her entry into the field of journalism and its participation in it is a challenge at the beginning, but it has become a professionality after a while. His is precisely what this paper aims to do by highlighting the experience of Algerian women in the field of written journalism from a period of one-party pluralism through the period of media pluralism to the current period, and then to exploit the opportunity of their presence in the media field to raise their various issues and concerns, as well as to defend their rights. Women's work in the media field is an image that reflects their position within society.
