برامج التأهيل المهني لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتحقيق الكفاية الاقتصادية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور برامج التأهيل المهني المقدمة للأفراد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في تحقيق الكفاية الاقتصادية عن طريق العمل والاشتغال بمهنة أو حرفة أو وظيفة والاستمرار بها، كما تشمل هذه العملية المتابعة ومساعدة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة على التكيف والاستمرار والرضي، وكذلك الاستفادة من قدراتهم الجسمية والعقلية والاجتماعية والمهنية وتحقيق ذواتهم وإعادة ثقتهم بأنفسهم، وتحقيق التكيف المناسب والاحترام المتبادل بينهم وبين أفراد المجتمع باعتبارهم أفرادا منتجين فيه. إضافة إلى ذلك، فان برامج التأهيل المهني المقدمة لهذه الفئة من الأفراد سوف تسهم في المساعدة في ممارسة حقوقهم خاصة في مجال الحصول على العمل الذي يتناسب مع استعداداتهم وإمكانياتهم. This paper aims to shed light on the role of vocational rehabilitation programs offered to individuals with special needs in achieving economic sufficiency by working and engaging in a profession, craft or job and continuing with it. Physical, mental, social, professional, self-realization, restoring their self-confidence, achieving appropriate adaptation and mutual respect between them and the members of society as productive individuals in it. In addition, the vocational rehabilitation programs offered to this category of individuals will contribute to assisting in the exercise of their rights, especially in the field of obtaining work that is commensurate with their preparations and capabilities Cet article vise à faire la lumière sur le rôle des programmes de réadaptation professionnelle offerts aux personnes ayant des besoins particuliers dans l'atteinte de la suffisance économique en travaillant et en s'engageant dans une profession, un métier ou un emploi et en le continuant. Physique, mental, social, professionnel, réalisation de soi, restauration de leur confiance en soi, réalisation d'une adaptation appropriée et d'un respect mutuel entre eux et les membres de la société en tant qu'individus productifs. De plus, les programmes de réadaptation professionnelle offerts à cette catégorie d'individus contribueront à les aider à exercer leurs droits, notamment dans le domaine de l'obtention d'un travail à la hauteur de leur préparation et de leurs capacités.
