دراسة قياسية للعلاقة بين عوامل الطقس وانتشار فيروس كورونا في الجزائر باستخدام نماذج بيانات البانل

الملخص
كثر الجدل حول تأثير عوامل الطقس على انتشار فيروس كورونا الجديد، فهناك من أكد على أن الفيروس يعيش ويتكاثر في المناطق والفصول الباردة وهناك من نفى ذلك، فحاولت هذه الدراسة المساهمة في إثراء هذا النقاش العلمي بتوظيف الطرق الإحصائية والقياسية المناسبة لدراسة أثر كل من درجة الحرارة، نسبة الرطوبة وسرعة الرياح في انتشار هذا الفيروس، خلال الفترة الممتدة من 01 أفريل 2020 إلى 30 نوفمبر 2020 ولعينة مكونة من خمس ولايات جزائرية. وبعد اختيار نموذج البانل المناسب وتقدير معلماته، تبين عدم وجود أثر معنوي إحصائيا لعوامل الطقس على عدد الاصابات بفيروس كورونا الجديد في الجزائر. لذلك ينبغي علينا ألا نعول على مثل هذه العوامل في التنبؤ بتطور الوضعية الوبائية، بل لابد من الأخذ بالتدابير الوقائية والإجراءات الصحية الاحترازية اللازمة للحد من انتشار هذا الفيروس. There has been a lot of controversy about the impact of weather factors on the spread of the Corona virus, there are those who emphasized that the virus lives and multiplies in cold regions and seasons, and there are those who denied this. This study tried to contribute to enriching this scientific debate by employing appropriate statistical and econometric methods to study the effect of: temperature, humidity and wind speed in the spread of this virus, during the period from April 01, 2020 to November 30, 2020, for a sample consisting of five Algerian states. After selecting the appropriate panel model and estimating its parameters, it was found that there is no statistically significant effect of weather factors on the number of new Coronavirus infections in Algeria. Therefore, we should not rely on such factors in predicting the development of this pandemic, but rather preventive measures and precautionary health measures must be taken to limit the spread of this virus.
