الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـ: " التواصلية البيداغوجية والانتماء الوظيفي " للتعريف بمفهوم العملية التواصلية البيداغوجية ومدى إسهامها في تعزيز الانتماء الوظيفي، كما تتناول جملة المعوقات المتعلقة بهذه العملية . و إذ تتيح التواصلية البيداغوجية نقل الأفكار والمعلومات والخبرات، و تساعد على التفاعل والتكيف، فهي في مضمونها عملية تفاعلية اجتماعية من شأنها تعزيز الانتماء الوظيفي للمورد البشري الذي يعد الطرف الفاعل والأساسي، حيث يسهم وبشكل كبير في نجاح وتحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية والتعلمية ، من خلال اندماج وارتباط الأفراد واستقرارهم وتماسكهم في المؤسسة التربوية، كما قد تعترضها صعوبات ومعوقات تمس أساسا في عمقها التواصلي، مما يؤثر بشكل أو بآخر على الانتمائية الوظيفية للأفراد، وهو ما ستتناوله الدراسة الحالية. Abstract: This study, aims to define the concept of the pedagogical communicative process and the extent of its contribution to enhancing the functional affiliation, as well as addressing the various obstacles related to this process. As the Pedagogical communication allows for the transfer of ideas, information, and experiences, and help interaction and adaptation, it’s an interactive social process by nature that lead to strengthen the functional affiliation of the human resource considered as the active and main part that contribute considerably in the success and the realization of the teaching and learning process goals through the integration and interaction of the individuals and their stable links in the pedagogical institution. It may also encounter difficulties and obstacles that mainly affect its communicative depth. In one way or another, this will have an effect on the individuals ‘functional affiliation, which will be dealt with in the current study.
