الملخص
استطاع الإسلام أن يربط الجانب الروحي بالدنيوي، وأن يوجه السلوك الفردي والجماعي بما يحقق لهما جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد في الدارين؛ عبر تشريعاته الحكيمة التي تراعي طبيعة تكوين الإنسان والفطرة التي جُبل عليها، كما تراعي ظروفه وما قد يطرأ عليه من أحوال. ولقد أكدت مظاهر الواقعية عبر مختلف أقسام التشريع الإسلامي أنه تشريع يحمل في ذاتيته قوة الاستمرار والديمومة، وأنه الحل الأمثل للكثير من المشكلات التي يفرزها الواقع، وأن له الدور البارز في صنع مستقبل الإنسانية. Islam has been able to connect the spiritual aspect with the worldly one and guide individual and group behavior in a way that meets their interests and prevents corruption in both worlds by means of its wise laws that take into consideration the essence of the human being's origin, inherent nature, humanity, and circumstances. The manifestations of realism across the various sections of Islamic law have confirmed that it is a legislation that bears the strength of continuity and permanence, that it is the ideal solution to many of the problems presented by reality, and that it has a leading role in the making the future of humanity.
