الملخص
تعالج هذه المقالة الهيئات الحرفية بمدينة الجزائر في العهد العثماني، ضمن الدراسات التاريخية الحديثة. باعتبارها إحدى القوى الهامة في اقتصاد البلاد، حيث مارست دورا مهما في تاريخها الذي ناهز ثلاثة قرون ونيف من الزمن. ولا شك أن حياة الناس كانت مرتبطة بها ارتباطا وثيقا لما تقدمه لهم من خدمات اجتماعية وفقا لقوانين وأعراف متفق عليها. ومن البديهي أن تكون منظمة بطريقة تراتبية تحدد فيها وظيفة كل عنصر من عناصرها وتضبط مهامه داخل الورشة. وقد صنفت الحرف حسب أهميتها في منظور المهتمين بالاقتصاد من لدن أرباب الصنائع على مستوى السلطة المركزية بمدينة الجزائر. الكلمات مفتاحية: الهيئات الحرفية؛ الأمين؛ السوق؛ المعمل؛ الحرفي. This article deals with artisan corporations in the city of Algiers in the Ottoman period, as part of modern historical studies. As one of the important forces in the country's economy, it has played an important role in its history, which has lasted for nearly three centuries. There is no doubt that people's lives were closely linked to what they provide them with social services in accordance with agreed laws and customs. It is axiomatic that it be organized in a hierarchical manner in which the function of each of its elements is determined and its tasks are set within the workshop. The crafts were classified according to their importance in the perspective of those interested in the economy from the heads of craftsmen at the level of the central authority in the city of Algiers.
