المجاهد بلحسن بالي وتأريخه للمخابئ الأرضية " البَاجِيرُوسْ " أثناء الثورة التحريرية 1955- 1958م

الملخص
مع اندلاع الثورة التحريرية وتوسّع نطاقها داخل أرجاء الوطن، يلاحظ أن قيادة الثورة سعت إلى تنظيم العمل العسكري الذي من شأنه أن يوزّع المهام بين قسم المجاهدين المناضلين في الجبال وبين قسم الفدائيين المناضلين في المدن والقرى، هذا الأخير الذي وقع على عاتقه تسيير النشاط الثوري الفدائي بين جموع الفرنسيين والمعمّرين سواء داخل المدينة أو داخل القرية. ومن هذا المنطلق سعى قسم الفدائيين إلى تكثيف المخابئ الأرضية ( الباجيروس ) قصد اللّجوء إليها والاحتماء فيها من خطر متابعتهم من طرف السلطات الاستعمارية، وذلك بعد كل عملية فدائية تقام داخل المدينة أو في ضواحيها، وقد كان هذا الأسلوب هو الطريقة الأمثل في إنهاك قدرات السلطات الاستعمارية، خصوصا وأنها جنّدت كل أجهزتها للقضاء على هؤلاء الفدائيين المناضلين، ليس هذا وفقط بل سعت إلى تسليط كل ممارساتها التعسفية في حق سكان منطقة تلمسان، ظنّا منها أنها سوف تقطع العلاقة بينهم وبين ثورتهم المجيدة. With the outbreak of the liberation revolution and the expansion of its scope throughout the country, it is noted that the leadership of the revolution sought to organize military action that would distribute the tasks between the guerrilla fighters department in the mountains and the guerrilla department fighting in cities and villages, the latter who was responsible for running the guerrilla revolutionary activity between The masses of the French and the centenarians, whether within the city or within the village. From this point of view, the guerrilla department sought to intensify the ground bunkers (PEJEROS) in order to take refuge in them and protect themselves from the danger of being pursued by the colonial authorities, after every guerrilla operation that takes place inside the city or its suburbs, and this method was the best way to exhaust the capabilities of the colonial authorities. , especially as it enlisted all its agencies to eliminate these militant fighters, not only this, but also sought to shed all its arbitrary practices against the residents of the Tlemcen region, thinking that it would sever the relationship between them and their glorious revolution.
