الملخص
: أدت المنظومات الفقهية منذ ظهورها دورا لا يستهان به في حفظ التراث المالكي وترسيخ مسائله بعيدا عن الخلاف. وكغيرها من المدارس المالكية لم تكن المدرسة التواتية بعيدة عن ظاهرة النظم الفقهي؛ فإسهامات فقهاء توات في تنشيط حركة النظم الفقهي لم تكن أقل أهمية عن إسهامات غيرهم في المذهب المالكي، وما خلّفوه لنا من منظومات علمية قيّمة لدليل قوي على ذلك. وقد ترك الفقيه العروضي الناظم مُحمد الزجلاوي بصمة متميزة أسهم من خلالها في إثراء المنظومة الفقهية في المدرسة الفقهية التواتية خصوصا، وفي المدرسة المالكية عموما. Since its emergence, the jurisprudence systems have been playing an important role in preserving the Malikit heritage and consolidating its issues away from controversy. Like the other Malikit schools, the Twati school was not far from the phenomenon of the jurisprudential system. That is, the contributions of the Twati jurists in boosting the jurisprudence system were not less important than the others in the Malikit school. The valuable scientific systems they left represents strong evidence. The jurist, Muhammad al-Zejlawi left a distinguished imprint through which he contributed to enriching the jurisprudence system in the Twati jurisprudence school in particular, and in the Malikit school in general.
