ملخص: حصن واد البارد ،أحد المعالم العسكرية التي تزخر بها منطقة امشدالة،بني نهاية الفترة العثمانية ،لأسباب أمنية ،لم يخضع لأي دراسة تاريخية أو أثرية،بغرض استقراء الحياة السياسية بالمنطقة وتثمينه كتراث ثقافي مادي،ولذلك من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية ،سيتم دراسته دراسة تاريخية وأثرية ،مبرزين مميزاته من حيث المخطط وتكويناته المعمارية،التي جعلته تحفة معمارية هامة ،تؤرخ لهذا النوع من المعالم بالمنطقة،مما استوجب لفت انتباه السلطات المحلية والوطنية على حد سواء ،لتصنيفه ضمن القائمة الوطنية للتراث الثقافي المادي ،وإخضاعه لعملية ترميمية تطيل من بقائه،لأنه حاليا يصارع من أجل البقاء. The fortress of Oued Al-Bared, one of the military landmarks in the M'chadallah region, between the end of the Ottoman period, for security reasons, did not undergo any historical or archaeological study, with the aim of extrapolating the political life in the region and valuing it as a material cultural heritage, and therefore through this research paper, a historical study will be studied. And archaeological sites, highlighting its features in terms of the plan and its architectural formations, which made it an important architectural masterpiece, chronicling this type of landmark in the region, which necessitated drawing the attention of local and national authorities alike, to classify it within the national list of material cultural heritage, and subject it to a restoration process that prolongs its survival
