المعركة الروحية و الأخلاقية من أجل الحضارة عند ابن خلدون

الملخص
يعد التاريخ في الخطاب الخلدوني بمثابة العلم بحقائق الواقعات التي لا تنفصل عن تلك الأسباب الخفية و المعلنة للأفعال البشرية على مدار الأزمنة،فالحديث عن تراجع الدولة وانحطاطها أو في تقدم الدولة وغلبتها،أفرزته عوامل متمخضة من تلك النفسيات المتصارعة إما لسيادة الرغبة والشهوة و الرغد والبذخ وانحلال الوازع الديني،فيجعل من مصير الروح الحضاري أن يكون في الحضيض الأسفل، أوفي تحرك الحضارة نحو القيم الأخلاقية العليا حيث تتحرك الروح الكلي إلى قمة الهرم لتحقق رغبتها الكبرى في التوسع و الازدهار و التطور،هذا ما يؤول إلى إعادة النظر في كيفية استنطاق التجربة الخلدونية لتفكيك الشروط التاريخية و الدينية و القيمية في انبثاق الفعل الحضاري إيجابا أو سلبا ،ماضيا وحاضرا،و أثرها على وحدة العمران البشري ق و الأخلاقية وإحداث توترات في القيم والمنظومات الكبرى للعقيدة في صراع حضاري كبير مع منظومات الآخر القيمية. History in Khalduni’s discourse is tantamount to knowing the facts of the realities that are inseparable from those hidden and declared causes of human actions throughout the ages. Religious motivation makes the destiny of the civilized spirit to be at the bottom, or in the movement of civilization towards higher moral values where the total spirit moves to the top of the pyramid to achieve its great desire for expansion, prosperity and development. The historical, religious and value conditions in the emergence of civilized action positively or negatively, past and present, and their impact on the unity of human urbanization, which calls for talking in a current language and conforming to the past about the state of the Arab state and the tragedies of its division into sect states instead of the national state, and the consolidation of immorality instead of morals and ethics, and the creation of Tensions in the major values
