الملخص
لقد عمدت الجزائر مؤخرا على غرار باقي دول العالم إلى تطوير قطاع السياحة والاستثمار فيه، من خلال وضع برامج إستراتيجيات ضمن سياستها التنموية، بهدف الارتقاء بالقطاع السياحي وخلق نوع من التنوع الاقتصادي بدل الاعتماد على قطاع المحروقات والاهتمام به على حساب السياحة، لاسيما أن الجزائر تتوفر على جميع المؤهلات السياحية التي قد تجعلها في مصف الدول الكبرى في المجال السياحي، وهو الأمر الذي سعت إليه الجزائري وتسعى إليه مؤخرا، بدليل وضع ضمانات قانونية أخرى واتفاقية وحوافز وتسهيلات إدارية تجلب وتشجع على الاستثمار في المجال السياحي من أجل تنمية مستدامة حقيقية وترقية المنتج السياحي الجزائري على كافة المستويات ومختلف المجالات.
