الجريمة المنظمة نمط من أنماط الجريمة، استفادت من ثورة المعرفة والتقدم التكنولوجي، لتعبر حدود الدول ويزداد انتشارها ويعظم خطرها. فهي ترتكب عن عمد، وتخطط لها عصابات دقيقة التنظيم، تحكمها قواعد وأعراف، وتحت سطوتها أموال وإمكانيات تجعلها تؤثر في جميع مناحي الحياة. مما حدا بالدول إلى التعاون لمواجهة هذا الخطر الذي يهدد أمنها واستقرارها السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي. والمقال هاهنا سيسعى إلى إعطاء مفهوم واضح للجريمة المنظمة، وبيان آثارها السلبية على الاستقرار الاقتصادي للدول. Organized crime is one of the types of crime that has benefited from the knowledge revolution and technological progress, to cross the borders of states and increase their spread and magnify their danger. They are deliberately committed, and carefully organized gangs are planning them, governed by rules and customs, and under their control are funds and capabilities that make them affect all aspects of life. This prompted countries to cooperate to confront this threat that threatens their security and political, social and economic stability. The article here will seek to give a clear concept of organized crime, and explain its negative effects on the economic stability of countries.
