أوضاع الأسرى الفلسطينيين داخل السجون الإسرائيلية في ظل انتشار جائحة كورونا

الملخص
في شهر ديسمبر من عام 2019م وفي مدينة ووهان وسط الصين انتشر فيروس كورونا سريع العدوى، حتى أضحى وباء عالمي وجائحة يصعب السيطرة عليها، وفق ما صنفته منظمة الصحة العالمية في 11 مارس سنة 2020م؛ ونظراً لزيادة المخاوف من انتشار جائحة كورونا بين الأسرى الفلسطينيين المحتجزين في السجون الإسرائيلية، في ظروف لا تتوافر لهم أدنى المعايير الصحية الدولية، نتيجة الزحام والاكتظاظ للمعتقلين، وغياب وسائل التعقيم وأدوات النظافة، والإهمال الطبي المتعمد من قبل سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، إضافة لنقص الغذاء والدواء، وامتناع مصلحة السجون الإسرائيلية عن مراعاة أية تدابير أو إجراءات وقائية فعالة، لمنع أو الحد من انتشار العدوى بين الأسرى، والتفافها حول مطالب المنظمات الدولية ومؤسسات حقوق الإنسان، بشأن العمل بجد على اتخاذ كافة التدابير الوقائية الصحية، والإفراج عن الأسرى والمعتقلين خاصة المرضى وكبار السن والنساء، نجد أن السلطات الإسرائيلية المحتلة اتبعت سياسات التعتيم الإعلامي، ونفي وجود أية إصابات بين الأسرى والمعتقلين الفلسطينيين Abstract: In december 2019, and in ohan city in china, the contagious corona virus spread until it became a global pandemic as declared by the world health organization in march 11, 2020. And in view of the increased fears of the spread of corona pandemic among palestinians prisoners held in the israeli prisons in conditions that don't meet the lowest international health standards as a result of overcrowding, the absence of sterilization methods, such as hygiene tools, and medical negligence by the israeli authorities, in addition to the lack of food medicines and the israeli prison authority refrain from taking into account any effective measures to prevent or limit the spread of the infection among prisoners and to evade to the world demands of the international organizations and human rights institutions about working diligently to take all preventive measures and to release prisoners and detainees, especially the sick, old people and women, we find that the occupying israeli authorities followed the policies of a media blackout, may god deny the existence of any injuries among the palestinian prisoners and detainees.
