مقصد الوحدة بين نداءات الشرع وتداعيات الواقع

الملخص
ملخص: يُقدم هذا البحث دراسة مقاصدية شرعية وواقعية واجتماعية لمفهوم الوحدة باعتبارها أملا تتطلع إليه قلوب المتفرقين، وتسعى إليه نفوس المتحربين والمتخاصمين؛ لأن الوحدة هي الفطرة التي يميل إليها الإنسان، وإن شذ أحيانا؛ لهذا كانت الوحدة مطلبا إنسانيا كونها تحقق للإنسان- كفرد أوفي جماعته- مصالح كثيرة. وكذلك مقصدا شرعيا أكدته نداءات القرآن الداعية لِلَم الشمل، وقد بَرزت إلى الوجود قضية الوحدة كقيمة محورية لها دور كبير في استقرار المجتمعات؛ لذا كانت نداءات القرآن في أول أمره بـ[ ياأيها الناس] لكن لما تمايز المؤمنون عن المشركين جاءت النداءات بـ[ياأيها الذين ءامنوا] وكان مبدأ الأخوة وبناء المسجد الجامع، أول لبنات الوحدة في الدولة الناشئة بالمدينة المنورة. ولو تتبعنا بعمق الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية للمسنا البَيِّنات الدالة على حفظ الوحدة من جانب الوجودوالعدم، كما أن الوقع يناصر ويؤكد أهميتها، فالاتحاد الأوروبي تَوحد في جميع المجالات، وهذه الحركات المتمردة على حكوماتها يسعيان معاً للاتفاق على خط الوحدة، فالوحدة إذن بكلمات مختصرة (هي درع أمان ضد كل هجوم ورمح للهجوم في آن واحد) فمِثلُ هذا، حقٌ على الإنسانية تَبَنِّيه، بله الأمة الإسلامية فهي حَرِية بالعيش تحت ظل الوحدة وهي تمتلك عناصرها وأسبابها، فليس عليها إلا أن تحْذر تآمر الأمم غير الراضية عن وحدتنا؛ لأنها تري في وحدتها قوة. الكلمات المفتاحية: مقصد الوحدة، حفظ الوحدة، الوحدة، الواقع، الوحدة الإنسانية، الأمة الإسلامية Summary: This paper presents a study of the purposes of legitimacy, realism and social concept of unity as a hope aspired by the hearts of the dispersed, and seeks the souls of the warriors and adversaries; because unity is the instinct to which human tendency, although sometimes abnormal; a lot.
