استخدام نموذج Swot كأداة لتحديد البدائل الاستراتيجية -دراسة على عينة من إطارات جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة-

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة تحليل swot في تحديد البدائل الاستراتيجية لجامعة المسيلة، وذلك بإجراء الدراسة على عينة قدرها 21 إطار بالجامعة تنوعت بين نواب المدير وعمداء الكليات ومديري المخابر بالإضافة إلى رؤساء المجالس العلمية، حيث تم توزيع قائمة من العبارات على شكل استبيان يحتوي على أبعاد تحليل swot (نقاط القوة، نقاط الضعف، الفرص، التهديدات)، كل عبارة تحمل الوزن من 1 إلى 10. بعد توزيع الاستبيان وتحليل البيانات بالاستبانة ببرنامج spss v22 تم الوصول إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: تحديد البديل الاستراتيجي لجامعة المسيلة انطلاقا من نتائج تحليل swot حيث تمثل هذا البديل في الاستراتيجية الدفاعية. كلمات مفتاحية: تحليل swot، نقاط القوة، نقاط الضعف، فرص، تهديدات، بدائل الاستراتيجية. Abstract: The study aimed to know the contribution of SWOT analysis to identifying strategic alternatives to the University of M'Sila, by conducting the study on a sample of 21 frameworks at the university that varied between vice principals, deans of faculties, directors of laboratories in addition to heads of scientific councils, where a list of statements was distributed in the form of a questionnaire containing the dimensions of analysis swot (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), each phrase carries a weight from 1 to 10. After distributing the questionnaire and analyzing the data using the SPSS v22 program, a set of results were reached, the most important of which are: Identification of the strategic alternative to the University of M'sila, based on the results of the SWOT analysis, where this alternative was represented in the defensive strategy.
