الملخص
يدرس هذا المقال المفاهيم المتعلقة بالعولمة، الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان في جانبها النظري، وعلى هذا الأساس يسعى لتحديد علاقة العولمة بهذه المتغيرات، كما أنه يركز على الآليات التي تعمل العولمة من خلالها إلى نشر مفاهيمي الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان على المستوى العالمي، وتطرقت الدراسة أيضا إلى دور المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية كأحد أهم الفواعل الأكثر مساهمة في عولمة الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان في العالم. This article studies the concepts related to globalization, democracy and human rights in its theoretical side, and on this basis, it seeks to determine globalization’s relationship to these variables, as it emphasizes on the mechanisms through which globalization woks to spread the concepts of democracy and human rights on the international level. The study also touched on the role of international and regional organizations as one of the most important factors contributing to the globalization of democracy and human rights in the world.
