مفهوم المعلومة: بين المقاربة الدلالية والمقاربة المعرفية

الملخص
تعيش البشرية في الوقت الحاضر، تجليات ثورة تقنية معلوماتية عالية، مما أنتج عصرا جديدا غيَّر في أنماط نشاطنا وعملنا وحتى في تفكيرنا. وقد تمايزت وتباينت رؤية الدراسات والمؤلفات منذ أواسط السبعينات في وصف واقع ومحددات ومستقبل هذا التغيير، وتباينت التعبيرات المستخدمة للدلالة عليه، كـ: عصر المعلومات، مجتمع المعلومات، ثورة جهاز الإعلام الآلي، انفجار المعلومات. إن أهم مشكلات التعامل مع عصر المعلومات إغفال إطاره المفهوماتي ثم التقني العام وحركة التاريخ الذاتية التي ينطوي عليها، من هنا يعدو مهما أن نتبين موضع المعلومات في إطار سياقها الاستخداماتي والتاريخي معا وفي إطار مفهومها الشامل، انطلاقا من قول أرنو بينزياس (Arnault BENISIASتأكيدا على أهمية دراسة مفهوم المعلومة " أعتقد أن تقويما شخصيا هادفا لتكنولوجيا معالجة المعلومات التي بوسعها وعليها أن ترسم حياتنا، يجب أن يبدأ بفهم المعلومات نفسها وما المقصود بكلمة معالجة ذلك الجوهر. ماهي تلك المادة الأولية (الخام) التي يستعملها الناس وتستعملها آلاتهم لصنع القرارات؟ " Humanity is living at the present time, the manifestations of a high information technology revolution, which produced a new era that changed the patterns of our activity, our work and even our thinking. The vision of studies and literature since the mid-seventies has been differentiated and varied in describing the reality, determinants and future of this change, and the expressions used to denote it varied, such as: the information age, the information society, the revolution of the computer media, the information explosion. The most important problems of dealing with the information age are the omission of its conceptual framework, then the general technical, and the subjective movement of history that it contains. Hence, it is important to discern the position of information in the context of both its use and historical context and within the framework of its comprehensive concept, starting from the words of Arnault Benisias, emphasizing On the importance of studying the concept of information "I believe that a meaningful personal assessment of the information processing technology that can and should shape our lives must begin with an understanding of the information itself and what is meant by processing that substance. What is that raw material that people use and that their machines use to make decisions?"
