الملخص
ملخص تتناول المقالة نقاشا نظريا حول رؤية التنمية المستديمة، من خلال مجموعة الخصائص المستنبطة عن مفهومها و الجدل الفكري الذي دار حولها، في محاولة لفهم هذه الخصائص و المتصلة اتصالا معرفيا بما جاء في مضامين الاجتهادات النظرية التي جاءت بها أدبيات الفكر التنموي و التنمية المستديمة كرؤية لازالت تستلهم النقاشات النظرية في ظل التضارب بين ما يمليه الواقع المهيمن و ما تمليه الرؤية في الفضاءات النظرية، لذلك فالنزول بهذه الرؤية إلى أرض الواقع أصبح يتطلب عرض ما يميزها من خصائص على قراءة نقدية، و هو ما يتناولها المقال بداية من المفاهيم إلى تناول مجموعة الخصائص بالنقاش و القراءة النقدية مع تجاوز الطرح المبسط إلى ما هو أعمق، فمعنى الإستدامة كخاصية لا يتوقف عند الاستدامة البيئية، بقدر ما يضع المعنى في السياق الشامل لكل المفاهيم المتصلة بالشأن التنموي و نفس الشيء بالنسبة لكل الخصائص، كالبعد الزماني و المكاني و تعدد المجالات و المعايير و الحاجات. Abstract The article deals with a theoretical discussion about the vision of sustainable development, through a set of characteristics deduced from its concept and the intellectual debate that revolved around it, In an attempt to understand these characteristics and related to the knowledge of what was stated in the contents of the theoretical interpretations that came in the literature of developmental thought And sustainable development as a vision is still inspired by theoretical discussions in light of the conflict between what is dictated by the dominant reality and what is dictated by vision in theoretical spaces, Therefore, bringing this vision down to reality requires the presentation of its characteristics on a critical reading, Which is what the article deals with, starting from the concepts to addressing the set of characteristics through discussion and critical reading, while transcending the simplified subtraction to what is deeper, The meaning of sustainability as a characteristic does not stop at environmental sustainability, as much as it places the meaning in the comprehensive context of all concepts related to the development issue and the same for all characteristics, Such as the temporal and spatial dimension and the multiplicity of fields, standards and needs.
