الثقافة السياسية كآلية لعملية الترسيخ الديمقراطي في الجزائر

الملخص
يحاول الباحث في هذا المقال معالجة وإبراز شبكة مفاهيمية حول الديمقراطية والثقافة السياسية والانتقال الديمقراطي والترسيخ الديمقراطي من الناحية النظرية من جهة، ومكانة هاته الشبكة كممارسة في الجزائر من جهة أخرى، إلى جانب التركيز على تموقع الثقافة السياسية ودورها كمحدد من بين محددات عملية الترسيخ الديمقراطي في الجزائر، إضافة إلى بناء وتدعيم المؤسسات، وتبني سياسات فعالة لتقليص الفجوات في التفاوتات السوسيو اقتصادية، وغيرها من المحددات والآليات...الخ. فمن هنا، تبرز القيمة المنهجية والعلمية للمشكلة البحثية التي يعالجها هذا المقال، لما لهذا الموضوع من أهمية كبيرة من قبل الباحثين والمنظرين في مختلف الأدبيات المعاصرة، خاصة المهتمين بدراسة النظم السياسية. In this article, the researcher attempts to deal withand highlight a conceptual network on democracy, political culture, democratic transition and democratic consolidation in theory, on the one hand, and its place as a practice in Algeria, on the other hand. Moreover, this research focuses on the location of political culture and its role as one of the determinants of the process of democratic consolidation in Algeria, in addition to building and strengthening institutions, and adopting effective policies to reduce the gaps in socio-economic disparities, and other determinants and mechanisms...etc. Hence, the systematic and scientific value of the research problem tackled in this article is highlighted, as this topic is of great importance to researchers and theorists in various contemporary literature, especially those interested in the study of political systems
