الملخص
الدفتر العقاري أداة لتثبيت حق الملكية العقارية في الجزائر الغرض منه تامين المعاملات العقارية وتقديم المعلومات بشأن كل عقار. يعد الأمر 75/74 المؤرخ في 12/11/175 المتضمن انشاء المسح العام وتأسيس الدفتر العقاري الوسيلة القانونية لحماية الملكية العقارية. The real estate ledger is a tool to establish the right of real estate ownership in Algeria. Its purpose is to secure real estate transactions and provide information on each property. Ordinance 75/74 dated 12/11/175, which includes the establishment of the general survey and the establishment of the real estate book, is the legal means to protect real estate ownership.
