التقارب والتوافق بين المالكية والشافعية في مصر خلال العصرين الأيوبي والمملوكي (571-923هـ/1171-1517م)

الملخص
يتضمن هذا المقال دراسة عن العلاقات بين المالكية والشافعية في مصر خلال العصرين الأيوبي والمملوكي، ويهدف أساسا إلى استجلاء مظاهر التقارب والانسجام بينهما خلال تلك الفترة التي كانت بالنسبة لباحثين آخرين مادة خصبة لِصُوَر التعصب المذهبي المُفضي إلى الاختلاف بين الأمة الإسلامية. وبيّنَت الدراسة قنوات متنوعة مَلْمَحُها التقار ب والانفتاح بين المذهبين، ما جعَلنا نُقرر-استنتاجا- أن ذلك هو الأصل الأصيل في التعامل بين المذاهب السُّنِّية، والنموذج الراقي الذي ينبغي أن يُعمّم على بقية المذاهب، وبالتالي فإننا نوصي من يتطلع إلى البحث في تاريخ العلاقات بين المذاهب- خاصة السُّنِّية منها- أن يُبيِّن الوجه المشرق لها ولا ينساق وراء دعاة التهويل والتشويه، فيقع في فخ التعصب المذهبي المفضي إلى الفُرقة والشتات بين المسلمين ونحن في أمس الحاجة إلى رأب الصدع وجمع الكلمة. Abstract: This article includes a study on the relations between the Malikis and the Shafi’is in Egypt during the Ayyubid and Mamluk eras, and it mainly aims to clarify the aspects of rapprochement and harmony between them during that period, which for other researchers was a fertile material for images of sectarian fanaticism that led to the difference between the Islamic nation. The study showed various channels whose features are closeness and openness between the two sects, which made us decide - as a conclusion - that this is the original principle in dealing between the Sunni sects, and the refined model that should be generalized to the rest of the sects. - Especially the Sunni ones - to show the bright side of it and not be tempted by those who advocate intimidation and distortion, so he falls into the trap of sectarian fanaticism that leads to division and diaspora among Muslims and we are in dire need of bridging the rift and uniting the word. Résumé: Cet article comprend une étude sur les relations entre les Malikis et les Shafi'is en Egypte aux époques ayyoubide et mamelouke, et il vise principalement à éclairer les aspects de rapprochement et d'harmonie entre eux durant cette période, qui pour d'autres chercheurs a été une féconde matériel pour les images de fanatisme sectaire qui a conduit à la différence entre la nation islamique. L'étude a montré différents canaux dont les caractéristiques sont la proximité et l'ouverture entre les deux sectes, ce qui nous a fait décider - en guise de conclusion - que c'est le principe originel dans les relations entre les sectes sunnites, et le modèle raffiné qu'il convient de généraliser au reste de les sectes. - Surtout les sunnites - pour en montrer le bon côté et ne pas se laisser tenter par ceux qui prônent l'intimidation et la distorsion, alors il tombe dans le piège du fanatisme sectaire qui conduit à la division et à la diaspora parmi les musulmans et nous sommes dans une situation désespérée besoin de combler le fossé et d'unir le mot.
