أبعاد المواطنة وأصول الخطاب السّياسيّ والإصلاحيّ في كتابات بعض شيوخ جمعيّة العلماء المسلمين الجزائريّين.

الملخص
يتناول هذا المقال في طيّاته مفهوم المواطنة في جانبه اللّغويّ والاصطلاحيّ مع توضيح الأسس والأبعاد الّتي تقوم عليها، وفي المقابل هو محاولةٌ متواضعةٌ للحديث عن دور جمعيّة العلماء المسلمين الجزائريّين مشخّصًا في شخصيّتين بارزتين من أعضائها؛ وهما: الإمام عبد الحميد بن باديس والشّيخ محمّد البشير الإبراهيميّ –رحمهما الله – مع ذكر العوامل المساهمة في تكوين شخصيّتهما. وقد انصّب الحديث على ذكر أصول الخطاب السّياسيّ والإصلاحيّ لكلّ منهما؛ حيث كانا يسعيان من خلال ذلك إلى الوصول إلى تثبيت عناصر الهويّة الوطنيّة في كتاباتهما مع محاولة ترسيخ أبعاد المواطنة بين أفراد المجتمع الجزائريّ بمقوّماتها التّاريخيّة والحضاريّة والوطنيّة خلال الفترة الّتي عاشاها من الحقبة الاستعماريّة؛ والّتي حاولت فيها فرنسا القضاء عليها من خلال محاولات سياسة الإدماج وقانون التّجنيس وعمليّات التّنصير...إلخ. : Abstract This article deals with the concept of citizenship in its linguistic and idiomatic aspect, with an explanation of the foundations and dimensions on which it is based. On the other hand, it is a modest attempt to talk about the role of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars, characterized by two prominent figures among its members ; They are : Imam Abd al-Hamid ibn Badis and Sheikh Muhammad al-Bashir al-Ibrahimi, with a mention of the factors contributing to the formation of their personality. The discussion focused on mentioning the origins of the political and reformist discourse for each of them. Through this, they were trying to reach the consolidation of the elements of national identity in their writings, in the same time they were trying to establish the dimensions of citizenship among members of Algerian society with its historical, civil and patriotic components; Which France tried to eliminate through attempts to integrate politics, the naturalization law and Christianization processes…etc. . Keywords: the citizenship, the identity, the dimensions, the society, the association. The goals.
