الفكر الإصلاحي وقيم المواطنة في كتابات الإبراهيمي

الملخص
لا يمكننا الحديث عن مفهوم (المواطنة) في الجزائر باعتباره انتاجا لفكر واحد؛ لكونه ناتجا عن تظافر عدة أطراف ومنظومات فكرية تتنوع نظرياتها وتوجهاتها، وإن كان المجال لا يتسع هنا للإلمام بجميع تلك الدوائر، لذا سنكتفي في هذه الورقة البحثية برصد فكرة المواطنة والوعي الفكري لدى العلامة محمد البشير الإبراهيمي، أحد أهم رموز الإصلاح في الجزائر، وصاحب مشروع نهضوي متكامل- ضمن التوجه الإسلامي الذي تبنّته جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين- رام من خلاله إلى بث الوعي واستنهاض الهمم لإعادة بناء الجزائر، واسترجاع الهوية التي سعى المستعمر الفرنسي إلى طمسها. فكيف تجلت المواطنة في مشروعه الإصلاحي؟ وما الآليات التي توسّلها من أجل تحقيق هدفه؟ : Abstract We cannot speak of the concept of "citizenship" in Algeria as a product of a single thought; because it is the result of the collaboration of many parties and intellectual systems whose theories and approaches are diverse. Although there's no room here for getting to know all these circles, so we settle in This research paper for attempts to monitor the idea of citizenship and the intellectual awareness of Mohamed El-Bachir El Ibrahimi, one of the most prominent symbols of reform in Algeria and the author of an integrated renaissance project - part of the Islamic orientation adopted by the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholar - through which he sought to raise awareness and mobilize inspiration to rebuild Algeria and restore the identity that the French colonizer sought to obscure. How did citizenship manifest itself in his reform project? What mechanisms did he beg to achieve that goal?
