الملخص

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة طبيعة ومستوى العلاقة بين الاحتراق المهني والمناخ التنظيمي لدى ممرضي الصحة العمومية، وقد تمت بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية رزيق البشير بمدينة بوسعادة، حيث انطلقنا في عملنا هذا من سؤال رئيس تمثل في (هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاحتراق المهني و المناخ التنظيمي لدى ممرضي الصحة العمومية) وفي سبيل ذلك استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما جرت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 30 ممرضا وممرضة؛ تم جمع البيانات عن طريق اختبار ماصلاش (Maslach Burnout Inventory, 1981) لقياس الاحتراق المهني و مقياس المناخ التنظيمي المصمم وفق الخصائص السيكو-مترية لنفس مجتمع الدراسة، وباستخدام معامل بيرسون (Pearson) لقياس العلاقة بين متغيرين توصلنا في الدراسة الى نتيجة تفيد بوجود علاقة عكسية قوية ذات دلالة احصائية بين كل من الاحتراق المهني والمناخ التنظيمي لدى ممرضي الصحة العمومية. Abstract: This study aims to know the relationship between psychological burnout and the organizational climate of public health nurses, and it was done at the hospital, Riziq Al-Bashir - bou saada, where we addressed a problem: Is there a statistically significant relationship between psychological burnout and the organizational climate of public health nurses, and we used the descriptive and analytical approach, as it was The study was based on a sample of 30 male and female nurses, the data were collected by means of the Maslach test to measure psychological burnout and the organizational climate scale designed according to the psychometric characteristics of the same study population, and were statistically (Spss( treated by Pearson coefficient for the relationship between two variables and the study revealed the existence of a strong inverse relationship with Statistical significance between burnout and organizational climate for public health nurses.
