الملخص
تكتسي الدراسة الصوتية أهمية بالغة عند علماء اللغة لاعتبار أن الصوت أهم ما ينتج عنه الكلام ، ومن بين العلماء الذين أولوا عنايتهم بالجانب الصوتي عبد الرحمن بن خلدون ، فقد اهتم بكيفية حصول الملكة اللسانية في العديد من فصول المقدمة ، والتي حوت نظريات متعلقة بالجانب الصوتي ، وكان موقعها متباينا نجده في تعريفه لعلم اللغة على أساس اللسان الذي يعتبره العلماء عضوا فعالا في حصول الصوت ، وفي سياق حديثه عن مخارج الحروف واعتباره ابن جني مرجعيته الأساسية في هذا المجال ، فركز ابن خلدون على مخرج حرف القاف وكيفية حصوله ، وأثر ذلك على التفريق بين العربي الفصيح والعربي الدخيل، واهتم أيضا بالفروق الصوتية بين العرب والعجم مما جعله يركز على السماع كركن من أركان التحصيل اللساني والذي اصطلح عليه العلماء الصوتيات السماعية. Phonoligical study is of great importance to linguists to consider the sound as the most important product produced by speech ,and among the scholars who paid attention to the phonemic aspect Abdul Rahman Ibn Khaldoun ,he was interested in how the linguistic queen obtained in many chapters of the introduction, which contained theories related to the phonemic aspect ,and its location we find it divergent in his definition of linguistics on the bases of the tongue ,which scholars consider an effective member in obtaining the sound , and the context of this discussion of letter exists and considering him Ibn Jinni as his main reference in this field Al-DaKhil ,and he also paid attention to the acoustic differences between the Arabs and the Persians ,which made him focus on hearing as a turmeric one of the pillars of linguistic achievement ,which the phonetics scholars termed the headphone.
