The Impact Of Employees Empowerment On Job Performance- Case Study “condor Electronics Company

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of the empowerment dimensions (delegation of authority, work teams, staff training, effective communication, employees motivation) on the job performance in Condor Electronics Company. The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. (30) questionnaires were distributed for data collection, and they were analyzed using the (SPSS V.23) program. One of the most important results of the study is the presence of a statistically significant effect of administrative empowerment on the job performance of workers in the Condor Electronics Company, as well as a positive impact of its dimensions on the job performance. One of the most important recommendations of the study is to work on developing awareness among managers and decision makers of the importance of spreading the culture of administrative empowerment as it represents the cornerstone in achieving the organization’s goals in the long run.
