فعالية العلاج المعرفي السلوكي في الكشف عن الأفكار غير الوظيفية لدى الشباب الذين حاولوا الانتحار

الملخص
ملخص : يهدف هذا العمل إلى الكشف عن طبيعة الأفكار غير الوظيفية لدى الشباب وعلاقتها بمحاولة الانتحار تحت ضوء النظرية المعرفية السلوكية، من خلال سؤال يدور حول: مامدى فعالية العلاج المعرفي السلوكي في الكشف عن الأفكار غير الوظيفية لدى الشباب الذين حاولوا الانتحار؟ وانطلاقا من افتراض أن الأفكار غير الوظيفية لها علاقة بمحاولة الانتحار من جهة، وأن الأفكار غير الوظيفية لدى الشباب الذي حاول الانتحار تتسم بالطابع الاكتئابي من جهة أخرى. وقد كشفت النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال تطبيق كل من مقياس المخططات المعرفية لـ (يونغ young)، واختبار الاكتئاب لـ ( بيك Beck) على المفحوصة بأن محاولة الانتحار ترتبط ارتباطا كليا بالأفكار غير الوظيفية التي بدت واضحة من خلال المخطط المعرفي السلبي المبكر لدى الحالة والذي تقوم على أساسه بتفسير المواقف التي تمر بها وبالتالي يتحكم في انفعالاتها و نتائج هذه الانفعالات، كما اتضح لنا أن الأفكار غير الوظيفية لدى محاول الانتحار تتسم بالطابع الإكتئابي استنادا على نتيجة مقياس الاكتئاب الذي طبق على الحالة. الكلمات المفتاح : محاولة الانتحار ؛ العلاج المعرفي السلوكي ؛ الأفكار غير الوظيفية. Abstract : The aim of this research is to reveal the nature of Automatic Thoughts for young people and its relationship with attempting suicide, under the light of the Cognitive Behavioural Theory, by questioning: What is the extent of the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the detection of automatic thoughts among young people who attempted commit suicide? On the assumption that automatic thoughts lead to suicide attempt. Also, automatic thoughts among young people, who tried to commit suicide have the nature of a major depressive disorder. The findings revealed through the application of the measure of Young's cognitive schemes and Beck's Depression Inventory show that suicide attempt is completely linked to the automatic thoughts that appeared clearly through the negative early cognitive scheme on the case, which on the basis of, interpret the situations that pass and therefore controls the emotions and the results of these emotions. We also found out that the automatic thoughts at those who attempt to commit suicide have depressive character based on the result of the depression scale that was applied to the case.).
