المصحف الشريف بين قدسيته والممارسات المسيئة له

الملخص
يعتبر القرآن الكريم آخر الكتب السماوية التي أنزلها الله سبحانه وتعالى على نبيه الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم، وهو الكتاب المقدس الوحيد الذي لم يكن عرضة للتحريف. والمصحف الشريف باعتباره جامع سور وآيات القرآن لا يقل قداسة عن هذا الأخير، ورغم كونه من المقدسات الإسلامية إلا أنه تعرض للإساءة من قبل أعداء الإسلام منذ عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى يومنا هذا، وتنوعت الممارسات المسيئة له بين التكذيب لمحتواه ومحاولة تحريف آياته، التدنيس والحرق والإتلاف وغيرها من الممارسات التي يكون الهدف منها الاستهزاء بالدين الإسلامي والمساس بمشاعر المسلمين، وقد اعتبر فقهاء الشريعة الإسلامية أن الإساءة إلى المصحف الشريف كفر وردة، وأكدت الاتفاقيات الدولية على ضرورة احترام المقدسات، كما جرم المشرع الجزائري هذه الأفعال في قانون العقوبات في المادة 160، حيث تناولت هذه المادة الأفعال المسيئة للمصحف الشريف المتمثلة في تخريبه، تشويهه وإتلافه وتدنيسه، كما تناولت العقوبة المقررة لهذه الأفعال التي تتمثل في السجن من خمس سنوات إلى عشر سنوات. The Noble Qur’an is considered the last of the divine books that God Almighty revealed to His Noble Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and it is the only holy book that was not subject to distortion. The Noble Qur’an, as it collects the surahs and verses of the Qur’an, is no less sacred than the latter, and despite being one of the Islamic holy sites, it has been subjected to abuse by the enemies of Islam from the time of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him to this day, and its offensive practices varied between denying its content and trying to distort its verses, to profanation. And burning, destruction and other practices that aim at mocking the Islamic religion and harming the feelings of Muslims. Islamic law jurists have considered insulting the Noble Qur’an an act of blasphemy, and international agreements have emphasized the need to respect sacred things, and the Algerian legislator has criminalized these acts in the Penal Code in Article 160. As this article dealt with the offensive acts of the Noble Qur’an represented in sabotaging, distorting, destroying and defiling it. It also dealt with the prescribed punishm ent for these acts, which is imprisonment from five to ten years.
