أهمية المحاسبة القضائية كآلية لمكافحة الفساد المالي - بالإشارة إلى تجارب بعض البلدان العربية -

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية المحاسبة القضائية كأحد أهم آليات مكافحة الفساد المالي، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى مجموعة من المفاهيم المرتبطة بالمحاسبة القضائية والفساد المالي، إضافة إلى استعراض بعض التجارب العربية التي تبنت المحاسبة القضائية كآلية لمكافحة الفساد المالي ، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المحاسبة القضائية تلعب دورا هاما في مكافحة الفساد المالي وذلك من خلال التقنيات والمهارات التي تتميز بها، والخدمات التي توفرها كخدمة تأييد الدعاوي القانونية وخدمات التحري، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التنسيق بين الهيئات المحاسبية المهنية والجامعات والمعاهد العلمية، من أجل التوعية بالدور الهام للمحاسبة القضائية في مجال مكافحة الفساد المالي وتكريس النزاهة والشفافية المالية، وذلك من خلال تنظيم الأيام الدراسية وعقد الندوات العلمية. This study aimed to highlight the importance of judicial accountability as one of the most important mechanisms to combat financial corruption, by examining a set of concepts related to judicial accounting and financial corruption, in addition to reviewing some Arab experiences that adopted judicial accountability as a mechanism to combat financial corruption, and the study concluded that judicial accountability plays an important role in combating financial corruption through the techniques and skills that distinguish it, and the services that it provides as supporting legal cases service and investigation services. The study also recommended the need for coordination between professional accounting bodies, universities and Scientific institutes, in order to raise awareness of the important role of judicial accountability in the fight against financial corruption and to devote integrity and financial transparency,through organizing school days and holding scientific seminars
