اقتصاد الريع وانعكاساته السلبية على السلم الاجتماعي

الملخص
الملخص: إن الأهمية البالغة للاقتصاد باعتبار أن استقراره عامل استقرار لجميع باقي القطاعات، هو ماجعل هذه الدراسة تقف على بعض الآثار السلبية التي يخلفها الاعتماد المطلق على الموارد الطبيعية، كمورد اقتصادي وحيد في دولة ما، وانعكاسه السلبي على السلم الاجتماعي، وهو ما يطلق عليه الاقتصاد الريعي، بحيث أن ضعفه ينعكس سلبا على جميع القطاعات الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية وحتى الثقافية، إذ أن الاقتصاد البلد يصبح أسير تقلبات أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية، لأن هذا الأخير يعد ثروة نابضة قابلة للنفاذ في أي لحظة، ما يجعل الدولة تعتمد على اقتصاد ضعيف، فتقع بذلك في التبعية الاقتصادية للقوى الكبرى، وتنحصر ثروة البلد في يد فئة معينة. Abstract: The most driving impulse of the present study is the great importance that the stability of economy has in the balance of all the rest of the national sectors. Within this regard, our study stated the disastrous effect of the exclusive reliance on the natural resources as a single source of revenues. This is known as the economy of rent. The fluctuation and the lowing of the price of fossil raw material in the international market lead to a negative impact on economic, and treating the social peace and the political commitments of the state. Also, there is no guaranty in the permanent availability of the natural resources, which can be ceased at any moment, making a fragile economy highly dependent to foreign powers and centralizing the wealth in the hands of a minority of the people
