الجزائر : بين اقتصاد الريع و الرغبة في التنويع Algeria : Rentier Economy Or Desire Of Diversification.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إلى تحديد مدى تعرض الاقتصاد الجزائري لعوارض العلة الهولندية نتيجة اعتماده على المحروقات في تحقيق النمو قرابة نصف قرن من الزمن، و ما يتعرض له من صدمات نتيجة لتغير أسعار البترول، و ما هي القطاعات الاقتصادية البديلة التي يمكن أن تشكل ركائز أساسية يعول عليها في تنويع هذا الاقتصاد و التوجه به نحو نمو مستدام على المدى الطويل. حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن للصناعة التحويلية أن تشكل محركا أساسيا للنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر عن طريق استقطابها لمنتوجات القطاع الزراعي و استعمالها كمواد أولية في الصناعات الغذائية و هو ما يؤدي إلى نمو كل القطاعات ۔ حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن للصناعة التحويلية أن تشكل محركا أساسيا للنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر عن طريق استقطابها لمنتوجات القطاع الزراعي و استعمالها كمواد أولية في الصناعات الغذائية و هو ما يؤدي إلى نمو كل القطاعات ۔ This paper, based on a descriptive and analytical approach, aims to determine how affected is the Algerian economy by the Dutch disease due to its dependence on hydrocarbons to achieve growth for almost half a century. In addition, it is attempted to elucidate the results of the oil prices changes. Furthermore, this study purpose is to find out which alternative economic sectors can be reliable pillars to diversify this economy and steer it towards long-term sustainable growth Therefore, this study concluded that the Secondary industry (manufacturing) could be regarded as economic growth's trigger, in Algeria, through attracting agricultural sector products‚ and using it as raw materials in the food industry; and this‚ leads to the growth of all sectors.
