أهمية الحق في المعلومة البيئية في تعزيز مشاركة الجمعيات في حماية البيئة

الملخص
ازدادت أهمية المشاركة الجمعوية في حماية البيئة مع ازدياد حجم التهديدات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية الماسة بهذه الأخيرة، وعجز الدولة لوحدها في التصدي لهذه المخاطر دون مشاركة الفواعل الأخرى، وفي مقدمتها الجمعيات. ورغم تزايد الاعتراف بدور الفاعل الجمعوي في هذا الصدد، إلا أن ممارسته لدوره بفعالية يحتاج إلى تمكينه من الحق في الحصول على المعلومة البيئية. يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز دور المعلومة البيئية في تعزيز مشاركة الجمعيات في حماية البيئة. وانتهت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها العلاقة الوطيدة بين التمكين من هذا الحق وزيادة فعالية المشاركة البيئية للجمعيات. The associative participation became very important for the protection of the environment due to the increase in the number of national, regional and international threats, and the State is unable to face these risks without the assistance of other actors, at their head the associations. Furthermore, in spite of a more marked official recognition of the role of the associative actor, to exert its role effectively requires to empower it with right to have access to environmental information. The aim of this article is to highlight the role of environmental information in strengthening the participation of associations in environmental protection. Eventually, this study produced a set of results represented in the close relationship between the empowerment of this right and the more efficient environmental participation of associations.
