أزمة تلقي الخطاب اللّسانيّ في الثقافة اللغويّة العربيّة عند عبد السلام المسدّي

الملخص
يعتبر عبد السلام المسدي رائدا من رواد اللّسانيات العربيّة الحديثة؛ فقد تمكّن من علوم اللّغات الأوروبية ودرس مناهجها وأفكارها وغاص في خصائصها، فكان هدفه الارتقاء بالدّرس اللّغوي العربيّ إلى مصاف العلوم اللّغوية العالميّة، وكذا معرفة الأسباب التي جعلته يتخلّف عن ملاحقة العلوم الغربية، وقد عبّر عنها بمفهوم العقبات أو العوائق التي حالت دون تطوّره، فالمسدي مؤمن بضرورة تخطّي العقبات والإشكالات لمواكبة الانتقال اللّغوي وتلقّي علوم اللّسان الحديثة ضمن عصر يسوده التطوّر والتقدّم، وقد اعتمد على منهج قوامه إعادة قراءة التراث العربي واستنطاقه ضمن مقولات اللّسانيات الحديثة. Abstract : Abdul Salam Al-Masdi is regarded as one of the leading pioneers of Arab modern linguistics. He mastered European languages sciences; studied its methods and ideas; and equally fathomed out its characteristics. Certainly, his objective was to raise the Arab linguistic study to the ranks of the global linguistic sciences, as well as to find out the reasons that made it fall behind the Western sciences. He justified this retardation by a set of hindrances that precluded the development of the Arab linguistic study. Al-Masdi strongly believed in the necessity of transcending the obstacles and problematics in order to keep pace with the linguistic transition and to receive modern linguistic sciences amid an age overwhelmed by advance and progress. In so doing, he made recourse to a method premised on re-reading and interrogating the Arab Turath (heritage) within the requirements of modern linguistics.
