الملخص
الملخص: تحاول هذ الدراسة إبراز وتحليل الاستراتيجية العسكرية التي اعتمدها الأمير الموحدي عبد المؤمن بن علي الكومي عند تحريره لسواحل المغرب الأدنى من الاحتلال النورماني، حيث عمل على تأمين الجبهة الداخلية وتوطيد أركان الدولة قبل التوجه إلى مجابهة العدو الخارجي، واعتمد في حملاته العسكرية على السرية التامة، والتضليل بإيهام العدو بالتوجه إلى منطقة ما وهو خلاف ذلك، واستخدام عنصر المباغتة والمفاجأة في الهجوم على الخصم، وتنويع أساليب القتال البرية والبحرية، وتشديد الحصار على المدن برا وبحرا، والانضباط العسكري، والاعتناء بالجيش من خلال توفير كل ما يحتاجه من عتاد وعدة، والانفاق عليه بسخاء، واستمالة مختلف القبائل إلى صفه بالترهيب والترغيب، وقيادة الجيوش بنفسه لرفع معنويات الجند، ومتابعة سير العمليات من بدايتها إلى نهايتها. :Summary this study attempts to highlight and analyse the military strategy adopted by the Almohad Emir Abd al-Mumin bin Ali al-Komi when liberated the coasts of the lower Maghreb from the Norman occupation, where he worked to secure the home front and consolidate the pillars of the state before going to confront the external enemy, and relied in his military campaigns on complete secrecy, Misleading by deceiving the enemy of heading to an area when it is not, using the element of surprise and surprise in attacking the opponent, diversifying land and sea fighting methods, tightening the siege on cities by land and sea, military discipline, and taking care of the army by providing all it needs of equipment and equipment, and spending on it. Generously, luring the various tribes to character through intimidation and enticement, and .commanding the armies himself to raise the morale of the soldiers, and follow the progress of operations from beginning to end
