بيو إتيقا ما بعد الإنسان-مقاربة فلسفية نقدية –

الملخص
ملخص: العلاقة التي تجمع الطب بالفلسفة هي علاقة ضاربة و متجذرة في التاريخ، لا تنفك تتجدد باستمرار .و هو ما يؤكده تآزر الطب و الفلسفة و نشدانهما تحقيق العلاج الامثل، و التوازن الصحي للإنسان، بدنيا، و عقليا، و نفسيا، و اجتماعيا. بيد ان وتيرة الممارسة الطبية، و ما انجر عنها من احراج أخلاقي في العديد من القضايا، اضحى مدار اهتمام ما بات يعرف بالبيواتيقا ،كإعادة احياء اللقاء بين النقد الفلسفي القيمي و علوم الحياة، سيما بعد بروز مشكلات طبية و بيولوجية، ما تزال تثير العديد من الجدل و تستفز ضمير الإنسانية من مثل قضايا الاستنساخ، و أطفال الانابيب، و المو ت الرحيم، و المتاجرة بالأعضاء البشرية وصولا إلى مرحلة ما بعد الإنسان، اي الإنسان الاصطناعي الذي تتنبأ به الهندسة الو راثية، التي تريده مجرد ثمرة لأنابيب الاختبار و قوانين تشفير الجينوم البشري، انه انسان يستمر ويعيش بالعقاقير الطبية والتعديلات الوراثية، يطمح الى اطالة الحياة و تأجيل الشيخوخة. لذلك، يتوجب على الفلسفة و ربما اكثر من أي وقت مضى إعادة الوعي البشري الى رشده و إنسانية الانسان الى معناها الأصيل، و الإبقاء على يقظة النقد كاحتراس و حذر من المستقبل، حتى لا يفقد الانسان كرامته و معنى وجوده، في ظل التحولات الخطيرة و المقلقة التي باتت تبشر بها هندسة الجينات البشرية . Abstract : The relation that gathers medicine and philosophy is dated back to the beginning of their history. It changes continuously and this is asserted by the medicine-philosophy cooperation and their endeavour to bring about the ideal cure and human health balance; psychologically, physically, spiritually and socially speaking. Many results of medicine practice are seen as moral embarrassment in different issues and they become the main interest theme in what is known as Bioethics. Of course that can revive the encounter between philosophical critics and life sciences. The emergence of many medical and biological problems that are still stirring much of polemics and provoking human consciousness such as; cloning, in vitro fertilization, euthanasia, organ trade and the decoding rules of genetic engineering which aspire to make medical changes in human Genome in order to keep it alive or postpone human aging. That why is necessary for the philosophy and probably it is high time to do so than ever and bring back human consciousness to its right path and humanity to its original sense. Hence, standing aside the critics as proudness in order to keep the human being off the loss of his dignity and sense of existence in the shadow of dangerous changes that human genome engineering sets forth.
