الملخص
الملخص : إن جذور النزاع في بورما وطول أمده واتساع نطاقه ظل يمثل الصورة المعقدة في العلاقات الدولية التنازعية والأوضاع الانسانية، وتمثل أقلية الروهينغا الميانمارية " الفئة المعنية بها، باعتبارها الفئة الأكثر اضطهادًا في العالم، وتُفسر جذور ذلك بسبب الذاكرة التاريخية المتوترة، آثار الاستعمار البريطاني الداخلية والخارجية، ، وأيضا هيمنة الحكم العسكري، ومن جهة أخرى فإن عوامل تأجج النزاع تتراوح بين الفقر والتهميش ومحاولات الانفصال في إقليم آراكان والصراع الجيواستراتيجي بين أميركا والصين، إلى درجة أن خلق صورة لنزاع متعدد الأبعاد ومصدرا للانتهاكات الجسيمة، كونه ذا بعد عرقي واثني ، يمس بأهم الحقوق والحريات الخاصة للسكان ، كما أنه رفع الأزمة إلى حدها الإنساني. The roots of the conflict in Burma, its length and its scope have remained a complex picture in the conflicting international relations and humanitarian situations, and the Myanmar Rohingya minority “represents the concerned group, as the most persecuted group in the world, and the roots of this are explained by the tense historical memory, the internal and external effects of British colonialism, On the other hand, the factors fueling the conflict range from poverty, marginalization, secession attempts in the Arakan region, and the geostrategic conflict between America and China, to the extent that creating an image of a multidimensional conflict and a source of grave violations, as it has an ethnic and ethnic dimension, affects the most important rights and freedoms For the population, it also lifted the crisis to its humanitarian limit.
