نظريات الاتصال في الوسط التعليمي

الملخص
يعتبر الوسط التعليمي من اهم المجالات التي تعتمد في نشاطها وبدرجة عالية على عملية الاتصال، حيث لا يمكن للتّعلمات ان تستوعب من طرف المتعلم الا باستخدام أنجع الأدوات الاتصالية وأحسن نظريات الاتصال البيداغوجي واكثرها تأثيرا. ان العلاقة بين المدرس والمتعلم أساسها عملية التفاعل الصفي الإيجابي الذي يجعل من المتعلم عنصرا نشيطا يدلا من اعتباره مجرد مستقبل مهمته حفظ أكبر قدر من المعلومات، التي يسترجعها يوم الامتحان ثم ينتهي دورها. وعليه وجب على الفاعلين في ميدان التعليم بكل مستوياته، الاجتهاد في إيجاد ما يتناسب مع الظاهرة الاتصالية في الوسط التعليمي إبتداءا من النظريات الى الاستراتيجيات والتقنيات الاتصالية الكفيلة بتحقيق الأهداف التعليمية ومنه اهداف المؤسسة والمجتمع. The educational environment is considered one of the most important areas which depend on its activity and to a large extent on the communication process. The learner can only assimilate through the most effective and influential theories and educational communication tools. The relationship between teacher and learner is based on the process of positive interaction in the classroom. The learner must be an active element rather than assigning him the role of a receiver whose task is to memorize the knowledge then retrieve it on the day of the exam. Thus, education stakeholders at all levels must find theories, strategies and techniques that correspond to the phenomenon of communication in the educational environment and ensure the achievement of the educational objectives of the school and society.
