الحيوان في القرآن والسنة The Animal In The Qur'an And Sunnah

الملخص

بحثي هذا عبارة عن نصوص من الكتاب والسنة في غالبه تتعلق أساسا بالحيوان تطرقت فيه لمسائل كثيرًا ما تُطرح عند المهتمين بالعلوم الشرعية وكذا عند عامة الناس، فتطرقت إلى حقوق الحيوان وخلقه ومصيره وذكره في القرآن وما تعلق به من أحكام عامة، ومواقف جرت له مع الأنبياء والصحابة، وما خصت السنة من مدح لبعض الحيوانات، ومصير يوم القيامة، وما يدخل الجنة منه، لأن مثل هذه الأحكام لا يمكن إدراكها بالعقل أو التجربة بل هي متوقفة على ما ثبت في النقل، مع اشتراط أن يكون النقل صحيحا، لأنها متعلقة بأمور غيبية، في غالبها. My research consists of texts from the Qur’an and the Sunnah, mostly related to animals, in which they dealt with issues that are often raised by those interested in Sharia sciences as well as among the general public. We dealt with the rights of animals, their morals, their destiny, and their mention in the Qur’an and the general provisions related to it. Also, dealing with situations that happened to animals with the prophets and companions , and what the Sunnah singled out for praise of some animals, the fate of the Day of Resurrection, and what will enter Paradise from it because such rulings cannot be perceived by reason or experience, but are dependent on what has been proven in Qur’an and the Sunnah, with the requirement that the Qur’an and the Sunnah should be correct, because most of those rulings relate to matters of the unseen.
