الملخص
ملخص: من أبرز مؤشرات تطــور الأمم و الشعـــوب هو اهتمامها بمورثها الثقافــــي والحضاري فقد حرصت جل الحضارات على تدوين معارفها و اعتمدت في هذا على مختلف أوعية المعلومات، هذه الأخيرة حملت هذا الموروث من جيل إلى جيل عبر العصور فمن عظام الحيوانات وجلودها إلى الألواح الطينية مرورا بأوراق البردي والرق، هذه الوسائط وغيرها التي أفادت بدورها الكبير في حفظ ذاكرة الأمم وتواصلها عبر التاريخ ومساهمتها بشكل إيجابي في ظهور المخطوطات، التي تعد رافداً من روافد الذاكرة البشرية والتي تعبر عن هوية المجتمعات، ومن خلالها يمكن معرفة ماضي الشعوب والتطلع للبصمات التي تتركها كل حقبة لتسترشد بها كل الأجيال القادمة. إنّ المخطوطات تعتبر مصدر مهم من مصادر تدوين التاريخ، وأصدق دليل بأيدي المؤرخين للكشف عن الحقائق التي طمستها السنين وانطلاقا من هذه الأهمية سعت الحضارات على اختلافها للاعتناء بمخطوطاتها من خلال توفير مؤسسات تهتم بحفظ هذا الإرث الحضاري من الأخطار والعوامل التي تؤدي إلى تلفه وضياعه، فمن بين هذه المؤسسات المكتبات المتاحف ومراكز الأرشيف التي تبذل كل ما في وسعها لتوفير كل الظروف المساعدة على حمايتها لتحقيق الاستفادة الكاملة، باعتبارها السند الأقوى للتعريف بتاريخ الأمم ولقد تطورت بمرور الزمن وسائل وأدوات الكتابة التي تتعلق بالكتابة بصفة عامة، والمخطوطات بصفة خاصة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المخطوط العربي، الأهمية، الأدوات، القلم، الورق، الدواة، المحبرة. Abstract: Abstract; One of the most prominent indicators of the development of nations and peoples is their interest in their cultural and civilizational heritage, as most civilizations have been keen to record their knowledge and have relied in this on various containers of information, the latter carrying this legacy from generation to generation through the ages, from animal bones and skins to clay tablets through papyrus and parchment These media and others that have benefited from their great role in preserving the memory of nations and their continuity throughout history and their positive contribution to the emergence of manuscripts, which are a tributary of the tributaries of human memory and that express the identity of societies, and through which it is possible to know the past of peoples and look to the fingerprints that each era leaves to guide them The next generations. Manuscripts are an important source for recording history, and the most reliable guide in the hands of historians to reveal the facts that have been obscured by the years and based on this importance, different civilizations have sought to take care of their manuscripts by providing institutions that are concerned with preserving this cultural heritage from the dangers and factors that lead to its damage and loss. These institutions are libraries, museums and archive centers that do everything in their power to provide all the conditions that help to protect them to achieve full benefit, as they are the strongest basis for defining the history of nations. Over time, writing methods and tools related to writing in general, and manuscripts in particular, have developedover time.
