الملخص
تحظى مختبرات التصنيع الرقمي بشعبية ورواج كبيرين في المجتمعات المتقدمة، حيث تمكنت هذه الأخيرة من الترويج لثقافة الإبداع الرقمي داخل جميع قطاعاتها ليشمل ذلك قطاع الثقافة والمؤسسات الثقافية، والذي تراهن من خلاله جميع السياسات الثقافية المعتمدة بهذه الدول بشكل قوي وأساسي على المكتبات العمومية في تشجيع التصنيع والإبداع الرقمي. يعود هذا الاهتمام بهذه الفضاءات العمومية لتدعيم حركة مختبرات التصنيع الرقمي إلى التداخل والتقارب بين منطق وفلسفة المكتبات العمومية ومختبرات التصنيع الرقمي من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى يهدف هذا التوجه إلى دعم مكانة المكتبات العمومية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي باتت مرهونة بها. بناء على هذا جاءت هذه الورقة العلمية لتعالج موضوع مختبرات التصنيع الرقمي داخل المكتبات العمومية، حيث تقدم هذه الورقة طرحا ممنهجا لهذه العلاقة الجديدة، كما تبرز أهم المؤشرات والقرائن التي تجعل المكتبات العمومية العربية في حاجة إلى تبني فكرة إنشاء مختبرات التصنيع الرقمي داخل فضاءاتها، كما تمكنا من تقديم أحد المقاربات الحديثة المقدمة في عالم المناجمنت والتي يصطلح عليها بـ " التفكير التصميمي "، والذي جاء تقديمه في هذه الورقة كمنهج لتفعيل مختبرات التصنيع الرقمي داخل المكتبات العمومية. Digital Fabrication laboratories are very popular and high prevalence in developed societies, as they have been able to promote a culture of digital creativity within all sectors to include the cultural sector and cultural institutions, through which all the cultural policies adopted by these countries are strongly and fundamentally bet on public libraries in encouraging digital fabrication and innovation. This interest in these public spaces to strengthen the movement of digital FabLab is due to the overlap and convergence between the logic and philosophy of public libraries and digital FabLab, on the one hand, and on the other hand, this trend aims to strengthen the social and economic position of public libraries that have become dependent on them. Accordingly, this scientific paper came to address the topic of digital fabrication laboratories within public libraries, where this paper provides a systematic presentation to this new relationship, as well as highlighting the most important indicators and evidence that make Arab public libraries need to adopt the idea of establishing digital FabLab within their spaces, and we were able to present one of the modern approaches presented in the world of management, which is called “design thinking”, which is presented in this paper as a method for activating digital FabLab within public libraries.
