المفاضلة بين نماذج الإنحدار في علاقة تمكين الأطباء بجودة الحياة الوظيفية

الملخص
تحتوي الدراسة على متغيرين ، تمكين الأطباء و جودة الحياة الوظيفية ، لعينة من سلك الأطباء العموميين ، حيث نبحث في طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط المتغيرات إحصائيا . ما إذا كانت خطية أو غير خطية، وذلك عبر تطبيق النماذج الإنحدار الممكنة ، و المفاضلة بينهم . وجد أن العلاقة الإحصائية بين تمكين الأطباء و جودة الحياة الوظيفية للعينة المدروسة ، هي علاقة إنحدار خطي بسيط، يمكن وصفها بمعادلة . وفق المخرجات المتحصل عليها ، ممثلة في إحصاءات تميز طبيعة العلاقة مرفقة بأشكال و رسومات و منحنيات بيانية . The study contains two variables, the empowerment of doctors and quality of work life, in public health establishments, where we examine the nature of the relationship that binds these variables statistically. Whether linear or non-linear, through the application of available models, and comparison between them. It was found that the statistical relationship between the empowerment of physicians and the quality of life of the studied sample is a simple linear regression relationship, which can be described by an equation. According to the obtained outputs, represented in statistics that characterize the nature of the relationship, accompanied by figures, drawings, and graphical curves.
