الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد النهج الذي يجب اتباعه في الجزائر من أجل البدئ في تشكيل مهنة إكتوارية حقيقية تتماشى مع المتطلبات العالمية، ومن أجل ذلك ركزنا على ثلاث عناصر أساسية، أولا فهم معنى أن تكون إكتواريا، ومن ثم البحث عن الطريقة المتبعة ليصبح المرء إكتواريا، من خلال الاستناد النموذج البريطاني باعتبار بريطانيا مهد هذه المهنة ومن ثم التطرق إلى حالة الجزائر وواقع المهنة الإكتوارية فيها، وأخيرا محاولة تحديد ما تحتاجه الجزائر لتطوير المهنة فيها انطلاقا مما هو موجود واستنادا إلى ما هو مطلوب، أما عن أهم النتائج المحصل إليها فهو أنه في ظل واقع المهنة في الجزائر وحقيقة المهنة على الصعيد الدولي فإن المهنة الإكتوارية في الجزائر تحتاج إلى إعادة هيكلة . كلمات مفتاحيه: الخبير الإكتواري، الجمعيات الإكتوارية، المعايير التقنية والأخلاقية. تصنيفات JEL : G22. Abstract : The aim of this study is to determine what must be done in Algeria in order to begin forming a true actuarial career in line with global requirements. And for that, we focused on 3 essential points first what it means to be an actuary what it means to be an actuary, and how to become one According to the British model, considering Britain the cradle of this professio Then we studied the case of Algeria and the reality of the actuarial profession in it and finally we tried to specify what Algeria needs to developed the career As for the most important results reached, in light of the reality of the profession in Algeria and on an international level , the actuarial profession in Algeria needs to be restructured.
