إعداد وتكوين معلم التربية البدنية والرياضية من حيث البرامج والأهداف Preparation And Training Physical Education And Sports Teacher Of Programs And Objectives

الملخص

الملخص: المعلم هو الجندي المخلص الذي يتحمل المسؤولية بصدق وأمانة في تربية الأجيال وتعليمهم على يديه تصقل النفوس وبقدوته الصالحة يبني الإنسان شامخا قويا ، يملك بفكره الثاقب سمات الأصالة من السابقين الأولين وملامح تطور الإنسان المعاصر. والمعلم هو المرتكز الأساسي للعملية التعليمية والتربوية وصلاح المجتمع ينبع من صلاحه لأنه الذي يقود الأجيال ،ويكسب الفاعلية للكتب والمناهج و المعينات المادية وغيرها ،لذلك فان تربية المعلم ووضعه هما الخطوات الضرورية بل البداية السليمة لإصلاح التعليم في أي مجتمع فالمعلم هو حلقة الوصل الذي من خلاله يتم نقل المعلومات والمهارات وإيصال المفاهيم التربوية إلى المتعلم فإذا اعد المعلم إعدادا جيدا انعكس ذلك على عطاؤه وإبداعه كان ذلك الأثر الايجابي في شخصية المتعلم وسلوكه وفكره،ويدرك المتتبع للدراسات التي أجريت في مجال التربية والتعليم على الصعيد العالمي أو على صعيد الوطن العربي وجود اهتمام متميز في موضوع إعداد المعلم والمهام التعليمية والتربوية الموكلة إليه، ويتبع هذا الاهتمام من ضخامة المهام الاجتماعية ، والفكرية التي تقع على عاتق المعلم ، وكذلك من حاجات المجتمع الثقافية والفكرية والمهنية والعلمية والتي تتسم بالتغير المستمر، والذي يتطلب من مؤسسات التعليم التوافق مع هذا التغير ،أصبح الاهتمام بوضع المعلم وكيفية إعداده أموراً في غاية الأهمية ، وينصب هذا الاهتمام حول مواءمة العناصر التي تدخل في عملية إعداد المعلم لمعطيات وحاجات المجتمع العلمية والثقافية والمهنية المتجددة لذا يتوجب أن تكون عملية إعداد المعلم مناسبة للدور الذي يضطلع فيه، وما يترتب عليه من نتائج كبيرة، ويتضمن النظر إلى التعليم على انه مهنة ضرورة أن يتلقى من يريد العمل بها إعدادا يمكنه من ممارستها بفعالية وكفاءة. إن برامج تكوين وإعداد المعلم مهما كانت على درجة عالية من الجودة لا يمكن لها ونحن في القرن الواحد والعشرون أن تمد معلم التربية البدنية و الرياضية بحلول للمشكلات العديدة التي تقف أمامه وتعترض عمله اليومي التعليمي، فالتطورات السريعة في المهارات الرياضية وأساليب تدريسها تحتاج إلى برامج تدريب مستمرة للمعلم، وتحتاج أيضا لمقومات النمو الذاتي الأمر الذي يلقى على المسؤولين بإعداد برامج تكوين معلم البدنية التربية و الرياضية مسؤولية تأهيل لهذا النمو أثناء تعليمه. من هنا تبرز الحاجة الماسة إلى التدريب والتي تقتضيها طبيعة تطور مفاهيم التربية البدنية والرياضية وتنوع أساليب تعلمها وظهور تقنيات تعلمية، وذلك يتسنى على المسؤولين على إعداد برامج معلمي التربية البدنية والرياضية بالكليات متابعة التطورات المختلفة وتزويد الطلاب المعلمين، وبذلك المعنى يصبح رفع مستواهم وبالتالي إنتاجية التعليم لديهم، وبهذا المعنى يصبح لنا قالب مكتمل يتضمن الإعداد والتدريب في عملية واحدة متكاملة هي عملية التكوين طباعها الاستمرار وهدفها يتمثل في إيجاد معلم تربية رياضية يستطيع أن يمارس المهنة بنجاح بما يتمشى مع كل ما هو جديد في مجال تخصصه. إن للمعلم دورا كبيرا يقوم به في المؤسسات التربوية التعليمية من حيث التكوين العلمي والثقافي لتلاميذه، كذلك التشكيل الأخلاقي والسلوكي لشخصياتهم، لذا فقد احتلت قضية إعداد المعلم بصفة عامة ومعلم التربية البدنية و الرياضية بصفة خاصة في الوقت الراهن أولوية متقدمة. فالمعلم الذي أعد إعدادا جيدا في جميع المجالات قادرا على أن يغرس في تلاميذه كل المعلومات والمعارف والتي بدورها تؤثر بشكل مباشر على إدراك التلاميذ بالوعي الكامل والمستمر تجاه العملية التعليمية وأهدافها. الكلمات المفتاحية: إعداد، تكوين، المعلم،معلم التربية البدنية والرياضية،الأهداف، البرامج Abstract The teacher is the loyal soldier who bears the responsibility honestly and honestly in raising generations and teaching them through his hands the refinement of souls. By his righteous example, he builds the human being lofty and strong, possessing with his insightful thought the characteristics of originality from the first precedents and the features of contemporary human development. The teacher is the main pillar of the educational process, and the good of society stems from his goodness because he is the one who leads the generations. And he gains effectiveness for books, curricula, material aids, etc. The teacher is the link through which information and skills are conveyed and educational concepts convey to the learner. If the teacher prepared a good preparation, this reflected on his generosity and creativity, that was a positive impact on the personality, behavior and thought of the learner. The observer of studies conducted in the field of education at the global level or at the level of the Arab world realizes the existence of a distinct interest in the subject of teacher preparation and the educational and educational tasks assigned to him, and this interest follows from the enormity of the social and intellectual tasks that fall on the shoulders of the teacher, as well as from the cultural needs of the community Intellectual, professional and scientific a, which is characterized by continuous change, which requires education institutions to conform to this change, the interest in the status of the teacher and how to prepare him has become very important matters, and this concern focuses on matching the elements that go into the process of preparing the teacher for the renewed scientific, cultural and professional needs and data of the community. Therefore, the teacher preparation process must be appropriate for the role in which he plays, and the consequent great results, and it includes looking at education as a profession that is necessary for those who want to work in it to receive preparation that enables it to practice it effectively and efficiently. The teacher training and preparation programs, no matter how high quality they are, cannot, in the twenty-first century, provide the physical education and sports teacher with solutions to the many problems that stand before him and hinder his daily educational work. Rapid developments in mathematical skills and methods of teaching them need continuous training programs. For the teacher, and you also need the foundations for self-growth, which imposes on officials in preparing programs for the formation of physical education and sports teacher the responsibility of preparing for this growth during his education. From here emerges the urgent need for training, which is necessitated by the nature of the development of the concepts of physical education and sports, the diversity of learning methods, and the emergence of educational techniques, so that officials in charge of preparing programs for physical education and sports teachers in colleges can follow up on various developments and provide students with teachers, and in this sense it becomes to raise their level and thus the productivity of their education And in this sense, we have a complete template that includes preparation and training in one integrated process, which is the training process whose character is continuity and its goal is to find a sports education teacher who can successfully practice the profession in line with all that is new in his field of specialization. The teacher has a great role to play in educational institutions in terms of the scientific and cultural formation of his students, as well as the moral and behavioral formation of their personalities, so the issue of preparing the teacher in general and the teacher of physical education in particular has occupied at the present time an advanced priority. The teacher who is well prepared in all fields is able to instill in his pupils all the information and knowledge, which in turn directly affects the students ’awareness of full and continuous awareness of the educational process and its objectives.
