الملخص
الملخص: تشكل مسألة الإصلاح التربوي في النظام التعليمي واحدة من القضايا الساخنة في مجال الحياة السياسية والاجتماعية للعالم المعاصر، وتحفل اليوم الساحة العالمية بالنشاطات السياسية والمؤتمرات التربوية التي تسعى إلى بناء منطق جديد يكفل للتربية المدرسية أن تتجاوز التحديات التي تحيط بها ويمنحها القدرة على مواكبة عصف الحضارة التكنولوجية المتقدمة ، وعلى احتواء التفجر المعرفي بما ينطوي عليه من خصائص التسارع والتقادم والتنوع. وفي نسق التحديات الحضارية الجديدة ما زال الإصلاح التربوي يشكل هاجس المجتمعات الإنسانية ، وما زال الحلم في بناء تربية متجددة قادرة على تجاوز قهر الإنسان وتصفية معاناته والانتقال به إلى عالم العدالة والقوة والمساواة يحتل مكانة هامة في وجدان القيادات السياسية والتربوية في المجتمعات الإنسانية المعاصرة . الكلمات المفتاحية: الإصلاح ، الإصلاح التربوي ، المنظومة التربوية. Summary: The issue of educational reform in the educational system is one of the hot issues in the field of political and social life for the contemporary world, and today the world scene is full of political activities and educational conferences that seek to build a new logic that guarantees school education to exceed the challenges that surround it and give it the ability to keep pace with the storm of advanced technological civilization , And to contain cognitive detonation, including the characteristics of acceleration, aging and diversity. In the coordination of new civilizational challenges, educational reform remains a concern for human societies, and the dream of building a renewed education capable of transcending human oppression and eliminating its suffering and moving it to a world of justice, strength and equality still occupies an important place in the consciousness of political and educational leaders in contemporary human societies. Résumé : La question de la réforme de l'éducation dans le système d’enseignement-apprentissage est une problématique cruciale de la vie politique et sociale du monde contemporain. Les congrès et les colloques internationaux cherchent à élaborer une nouvelle logique de l'éducation scolaire capable à faire face aux défis qui l'entourent, de poursuivre le développement de la nouvelle technologie et de contenir la surcharge d’informations avec ses caractéristiques d'accélération, de vieillissement et de diversité. Dans ce contexte des nouveaux défis, la réforme de l'éducation constitue toujours la problématique des sociétés humaines. Le rêve est toujours de construire une éducation renouvelable capable de devancer l'oppression humaine, de se débarrasser de ses souffrances, d’emmener vers le monde de la justice, de la force et de l'égalité. Ce projet occupe une place importante dans la conscience des responsables politiques et éducatifs des sociétés humaines contemporaines. Mots clés: réforme, réforme de l'éducation, système éducatif.
