الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة إحدى فئات المجتمع التي تتطلب عناية من نوع خاص و التي تندرج حقوقها ضمن حقوق الإنسان الأساسية، لذلك أكدت النصوص التشريعية الاتفاقية الدولية على ضرورة أن يتمتع هؤلاء الأشخاص بحقوق مماثلة للآخرين، و ألقت على عاتق الدول الأطراف فيها عبء ضمان تمتع هذه الفئة بكل حقوقها دون التمييز القائم على أساس العجز، و في إطار تنفيذ البرنامج الأممي المعني بحماية و ترقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة، أنشأت هيئة الأمم المتحدة آليات اتفاقية و أخرى غير اتفاقية تعنى بالسهر على احترام استيفاء فئة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة لحقوقهم تطبيقا للمبدأ الدولي الذي يفرض الحظر المبني على التمييز بين الأشخاص. Abstract: The people with disabilities are considered one of the groups of society that require special attention, as the legislative texts of the International Convention affirmed the need for children with special needs to enjoy similar rights to other children, and it placed on the state party to it the burden of ensuring that this group enjoys all their rights without existing discrimination. On the basis of disability, Within the framework of the implementation of the United Nations Program on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities, the United Nations has established mechanisms of convention and other than convention concerned with ensuring respect for children with special needs fulfilling their rights in application of the principle of imposing prohibitions based on discrimination.
