حماية الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المواثيق الدولية

الملخص
لقد أقرت المواثيق الدولية مجموعة أساسية لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة الذين يعتبرون جزء هاما من اهتماماتها وتطلعاتها لحماية حقوق الإنسان بصفة عامة. وفضلا عن الاهتمام بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وحماية حقوقهم وكرامتهم، سعت المواثيق الدولية إلى إعادة تأهيلهم وإدماجهم في الحياة الاجتماعية والمهنية، وترسيخ مبادئ العدالة الاجتماعية التي تسعى إليها المنظمات الدولية تحقيقا لأهدافها السامية التي تصب كلها في مجال حماية حقوق الإنسان. إن الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة هم مكون أساسي في كل مجتمع لذا وجب توفير الحماية الاجتماعية لهم من صحة وشغل، وتعزيز وتوسيع نطاق الحماية إلى التأهيل وإعادة التأهيل في مجال الصحة والخدمات الاجتماعية عموما. Abstract : International charters have approved a basic set of rights for persons with special needs, who are considered an important part of their interests and aspirations to protect human rights in general. In addition to caring for people with special needs and protecting their rights and dignity, international conventions sought to rehabilitate them and integrate them into social and professional life, and to consolidate the principles of social justice that international organizations seek to achieve their lofty goals, which are all in the field of protecting human rights. Persons with special needs are an essential component of every society, so social protection must be provided to them from health and work, and to strengthen and expand protection to habilitation and rehabilitation in the field of health .
