الملخص: تعكس إجراءات الحجز التحفظي على السفينة الخصوصية التي تميز طبيعة الأحكام الخاصة بالسفينة، تظهر هذه الخصوصية بوضوح في اشتراط الصفة البحرية للدين و إمكانية رفع اليد مقابل تقديم ضمانات. abstract The procedures of the protective siezure on the ships reflects the specific nature of the provisions governing the ship, this specificity is manifested by the requirement of the maritime character of the claim and the possibility of having the hand raised by means of a guarantee.
