تحسين النسل من الحرية الانتقائية إلى الحرية الإيتيقية

الملخص
أصبحت القيم اليوم مهددة بخطر الانهيار وهذا بسبب التحول الذي أحدثته تلك الثورات العلمية المعاصرة خاصة في مجال الهندسة الوراثية التي انتقلت من فهم العمليات الجينية الطبيعية إلى الاصطناعية التي تتحكم فيها آليات التقدم التكنولوجي ، مما استوجب التلاحم بين الجانب القيمي والإبستمولوجي " أخلاقيات العلم ". من أهم هذه التلاحمات تقنيات " تحسين النسل " وعلاقتها بإشكالية " الحرية " . فكل انفلات علمي من الضمير الأخلاقي يعني الدوس على الكرامة الإنسانية بكل خصوصياتها . Today, values are in danger of collapsing, and this is because of the transformation brought about by these contemporary scientific revolutions, especially in the field of genetic engineering, which moved from understanding natural genetic processes to artificial ones controlled by the mechanisms of technological advancement, which necessitated cohesion between the ethical and epistemological aspect, "science ethics". These interlinkages with the techniques of "eugenics" and their relationship to the problem of "freedom". Every scientific deviation from the moral conscience means trampling on human dignity with all its peculiarities.
