الملخص
إن موضوع الأخلاق في العلوم الإسلامية هام وأسئلته ملحة، غير أن أهميته في الاختلاف تكون آكد وأولى، غير أن المتبع لتاريخ المذاهب والخلاف المذهبي، يرى بجلاء الغياب الكبير للأخلاق في كثير من المواضع الخلافية، وأن كثيرًا من المسائل الخلافية سببها أخلاقي لا علمي ولا منهجي... لذلك لا بد من تجلية الإشكال وإضاءة غوامضه والبحث عن آليات تجاوزه؛ لضمان عدم تكرار آثاره أو التقليل منها على الأقل. The issue of ethics in Islamic sciences is important and its questions are urgent, but its importance in the difference is more certain and first. However, the one who follows the history of doctrines and doctrinal disagreement clearly sees the great absence of ethics in many controversial issues, and that many controversial issues are caused by an ethical, not scientific or methodical. Therefore, the problem must be revealed, its mysteries illuminated, and mechanisms to overcome it must be sought. To ensure that its effects are not repeated or at least minimized.
